Signup creates an isolated tenant with an initial subdomain and an administrator account responsible for access control, invitations and the workspace base data.
The product may offer trial access, upgrades, downgrades and proration according to the billing logic exposed in the product. Service continuity depends on subscription status and successfully processed payments.
Customers must use the platform lawfully, without credential abuse, without collecting third-party data without a valid basis and without attempting to affect service security or availability.
Milano Service may improve, fix, limit or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, incidents, security risks or contractual breaches.
If a subscription ends, the tenant may be limited or suspended. The final retention and deletion policy still needs to be defined in the legally reviewed version.
